Jawad Amjad started his career from banking in 1992 and has been in capital markets since 1996. He has previously headed Debt & Equity Capital Markets and Corporate Finance Divisions at Elixir Securities. Jawad brings with him extensive experience of capital market transactions for both debt and equity instruments, IPOs and secondary market block deals including some of the largest transactions that have taken place in Pakistan e.g., UBL's tier-2 issue, ICI's divestment of 10% equity stake in Pak PTA. He has also been actively involved in various corporate finance & financial advisory transactions while working closely with major multilateral agencies & domestic financial institutions. Jawad is an MBA, with major in finance, from Lahore University of Management Sciences.

Asif Ali Qureshi started his career from banking in 1996 and moved into sell side equity research in 1999. His first job in brokerage was with Indosuez W.I. Carr Pakistan where he became the head of research in 2001. Prior to setting up Invisor Securities in 2004, he also headed research at Elixir Securities and Global Securities in Pakistan. Nadeemul-Haq Usmani has started his career in finance departments of brokerage firms in 1994. For 8 years, he has worked as head of finance at Finex Securities where he also held the position of Company Secretary for more than 5 years.
